It just seemed after driving all around to different companies and talking to their salesman, some of whom you got the impression was selling used cars the week before, that the only way to get what you want, at a price you could afford, was to go directly to the people that would do the work. It’s the craftsmanship that guaranteed a lifetime pool, not a builder that may not be around next year.

Some of the big name companies that advertise “over a million pools built” are in fact franchises and the quality is only as good as the individual owner of the franchise. This pool was built with some shopping, but no haggling over price.
This pool probably could have been built cheaper; the only determining factor was QUALITY.
